I’m pretty sure 90% of you are going to answer yes to the above question and at the same time, I’m pretty sure you’ll find this little bit of advice interesting.

All of us (Each and every human being) have been hurt through a breakup at some or other point in their lives, be it at a young vulnerable age or even at a later stage in your life.

Perhaps just when you thought things were actually going well, your partner decided to break it off. We know that the hurt from a breakup seems unbearable at first; It’s almost like a loss. But I can assure you, you can and will get though it and you can even fix it.

Here’s where to start: Allow yourself to be sad, cry. It’s all part of the healing process.

Take some time out to think about your unique situation.

Know that everything in life happens for a reason, nothing simply happens out of the blue.

Take responsibility for your actions and choices. Never take things for granted. This mean that you will have to think through what you’re going to do and the consequences it might have.

We are all human, we all make mistakes, and it can be fixed.

No matter what, Always be true to yourself, love yourself, never down yourself. You yourself are the answer to the outcome of your relationship. To be positive no matter what is probably one of the greatest assets you can have to win back your loved one.
